How to Return an Item

Log Into Your Account

Go to your Order History and select the order you want to return. Click "Request Return" and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Return Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Items

Place items in original packaging if possible. Ensure all tags are attached and items are unworn and unwashed. Include your packing slip.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your receipt as proof of return shipment.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and process your return (5-7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy!

Same Item Exchange

Exchanging for a different size or color of the same item? We'll ship your exchange immediately upon receiving your return request.

Important Notes

  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return, plus an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during sales are returnable unless marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours at support@malmalstore.com with photos of the damage.
